As Birth workers we all know that at some time or another we will come across loss, be it known or unknown.

This training will enable you to enter those situations with knowledge and compassion.
My biggest goal working with pregnancy and infant loss has always been to support people so they can enter into this journey without regret.

In this 3 day in person training we will cover:

– Miscarriage
– Ectopic pregnancy
– Medical termination
– Fatal diagnosis
– Stillbirth
– Infant death
– Adoption
– TTC/Pregnancy after loss
– The grief and loss that people experience with typical postpartum, as well as postpartum after having a loss with baby and without
– Supporting family and friends through loss, including siblings
– What you can do to help, how you can be prepared
– Who to reach out to for support for yourself as well

Randi lost her sister at the age of four years of age.
She has had 7 first and second trimester losses, her first being multiples.
Randi started supporting families through loss in 2009 as a peer support, and started professionally in 2015.

Randi has very intimate knowledge when it comes to walking the veil between life and death; the inner knowing of a birthing person as well as young children.
Randi also has extensive trauma and bereavement training and experience through practice.
